At about 11:15 on Friday March 4th, an acrid electrical  odor could be smelled in the air. Moments later  the FDNY arried, extended the ladder to the 4th floor and rescued two residents from their balcony. This bird's eye view from my 12th floor balcony shows the rig and EMTs caring for the residents on stretchers.
