The 23rd Great PUPkin contest took place again after a year hiatus due to COVID. The biggest dog costume contest Fort Greene with over 80 contestants and hundreds of onlookers. While all were impressive, the winner this year was Howie and his Hot Dog Stand taking first place. (C) Bianca Otero
