Flaco the Eurasian-Eagle Owl, who escaped from the Central Park Zoo a little over a month ago, has become a sensation for New Yorkers and the world alike. He has defied his handlers of 12 years by hunting and successfully devouring different game in the park. The Zoo and local park rangers will keep an eye on him, and there are plenty of civilians as well. So for now, he is free as can be and it looks to stay that way.
